Waters at Heritage

In partnering with an Institutional Multi-family Development Group, Novus Reb contributed to the realization of a luxury apartment community in Ascension Parish, located in Gonzales, Louisiana. Our dedicated services in civil engineering design and stormwater management ensured the creation of this pet-friendly community that encompasses eight buildings with approximately 300 units, 460 parking spaces, a dog park, and a car wash that includes a dog washing station. Community amenities for residents include a clubhouse, a 24-hour fitness center with game room, a business conference room, and an outdoor pool.
